The project’s primary objective was the architecture of a sophisticated digital ecosystem, ensuring that the brand’s authority is consistently projected across every online touchpoint to instil confidence in healthcare professionals and stakeholders alike.

Newrotex develops innovative silk-based medical solutions for the nervous system. An off-the-shelf solution for the surgical repair of the nerve. Without the need for long, complicated operations or using expensive donor tissues, Newrotex makes immediate treatment possible for patients who have suffered nerve injuries due to trauma, medical conditions, or surgical treatments.

Following the successful Q3 2025 launch of our first-in-human trial, Newrotex is redefining the limits of regenerative medicine. By utilizing SilkAxons® to bridge nerve gaps of up to 10cm—significantly outperforming existing market standards—we are gathering the critical data needed for international regulatory clearance. Our roadmap for this year includes the commencement of a definitive large-scale study to support market entry in the UK and USA. Simultaneously, we are expanding our R&D horizon, exploring the silk platform’s potential in treating spinal cord injuries and advancing cell delivery systems.

The challenge: MOVING AWAY FROM BASIC WIX SITE TO ALL CUSTOM APPROACH

The evolution of the Newrotex visual identity was a journey of transformation, moving from a legacy concept to a sophisticated, future-ready brand image. The original design served its purpose in the early stages, but to align with the company’s leap into first-in-human clinical trials, we needed to strip away the dated elements and rebuild from the ground up.Our brand strategy process was broken down into seven key components;

Before a single pixel was placed, we immersed ourselves in the Newrotex mission. We started by auditing their existing ideas and brand purpose, breaking down their complex technological offering into digestible, high-impact concepts.
